  • 1 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese (Fat Free, Reduced Fat, or Full Fat)
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ¾ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • ¼ Cup Pizza Sauce
  • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Fat Free, Reduced Fat, or Full Fat)
  • Pepperoni (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients, optionally drain cottage cheese for firmer texture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and pizza sauce.
  3. Transfer mixture into a baking/microwave-safe dish, stir in ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, and top with remaining mozzarella and optional pepperoni.
  4. For cooking, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes, or air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or microwave until cheese is melted.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread and a salad for a balanced meal. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days, best reheated in short intervals.
